On Friday, I went to get my picture taken for my greencard application. The picture needs to include your right ear with no earrings or anything covering it (see example on the left, from this very handy site). It’s simply not a flattering pose and then you’re stuck with a greencard with a bad picture on it for the next 10 years. As if my horrible passport photo wasn’t enough!
